Team Melli Arrives in Turkiye for Training
Team Melli has opened its latest training camp in Turkiye as preparations intensify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Iran's football team arrived in Turkey on Monday for a training camp and to complete visa applications ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
The 22-player squad and coaching staff traveled to the Turkish resort city of Antalya, where they will hold a two-week camp aimed at building match readiness and finalizing travel requirements for the tournament.
As part of the preparation program, Team Melli is also seeking to arrange two friendly matches during the camp, including a planned meeting with The Gambia on May 29.
